NEBA does not take complaints lightly. As stated in our goals it is our ultimate desire that all animals be treated humanely. If you know of or have suspicions of mistreatment or abuse of animals please let us know. We will do our best to get your complaint to the proper authorities. Complaint Process:

Only submit complaints that have to do with unethical breeding practices and/or inhumane treatment of animals. This is not a forum for petty grievances between breeders and complaints outside of these two areas will be ignored. Be advised your complaint will be forwarded to the NEBA member it is filed against for rebuttal. NEBA has no duty to advise complainants of the status of their complaint or provide them with a rebuttal.
